Many of our clients are concerned about the open bar situation at their venue - mostly about cost and making sure everyone's drink needs are met. We think the best way to go in any situation is a signature cocktail. Not only does it cut down on expenses, but you have something special that your guests will remember the evening with.
- 2oz Gin
- 3oz lemonade
- 1.5oz lavender honey syrup
- 1-2 lavender sprigs (for garnish)
Lavender honey syrup:
Mix 1/8 cup hot water with 1/4 cup honey (we used clover honey). Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon organic lavender. Allow mixture to marinate for 30 minutes. Strain so that no petals or leaves are left.
Now drink up and enjoy!
